Terms and Conditions

We like to inform you about what you can expect from us and what we need from you.

Booking and payment procedures:

Online booking & payments

When you have decided to book one of our tours you will be directed to our secure booking site where you may choose to pay via Credit Card (Stripe). No payment details will reside on our site and the transaction is fully encrypted.

Booking confirmation

Your booking will be made immediately in our system and should be approved/confirmed within 72 hours.  Until you receive a confirmation from us your booking is not confirmed, this is due to the unlikely necessity that there may be weather restrictions or other conditions which may prevent the tour from proceeding.  If the tour is not confirmed we will contact you to either offer an alternative tour or immediately issue a refund via the payment process you used.

Booking conditions

All booking changes, alternations and cancellations must be made in writing by email (related to the booking). All rates are quoted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) per person, include taxes and VAT at current rates, these may be adjusted in line with official changes.

Changes/alterations of the excursion

Minor changes of the booking may be possible upon request. Where this involves an upgrade/downgrade of tour we will make the necessary changes where possible.  Where major changes are required please notify us as far in advance as possible to enable us to try to assist you.  Amendment fees may apply according to the requested changes.   We reserve the right to adjust itineraries dependent on the conditions of the day. These will be clearly communicated to you and we will ensure that there is little impact to your plans.

Travel documents

The website will generate a confirmation of your booking. It is important that you ensure the following:

A. Be available at your starting point/hotel in Norway, if you are in doubt please check DEPARTURE LOCATIONS on our website and view the map for pickups in the city/town you are departing from.

B. Have photo identification that corresponds to your booking names, should you be required to present it.
